Our Story

Meet Emma and Travis, the proud owners of Patterson Tiles.

Travis, a skilled tiler since 2004, brings over 20 years of experience to the business. Born and raised in Bundaberg, he has a deep passion for his hometown. When he's not working, you can find him enjoying the great outdoors—whether it’s water skiing, fishing, camping or spending quality time with his family.

Emma’s journey began in pharmacy, where she spent 15 years at a local chemist, learning and growing her business and team skills. Interior design and helping people have also been a core part of Emma's journey. With a natural love for customer service, Emma now manages the interior design at Patterson Tiles, where she combines her love for design with her dedication to helping others create beautiful spaces. Outside of work, she loves spending time with family, playing sport, catching up with friends and having quality time with her boys.

Together, Travis and Emma are proud to raise their family of five in Bundaberg, balancing work, play, and their love for their community.
